We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Business Process Owner, LOG. This role will be based at one of our main offices or manufacturing plants within North America and will report into the Director, USA Logistics & NA Transportation.

Job Summary

The Business Process Owner, LOG is responsible for overseeing the optimization, and integration of Logistics/Transportation Management business processes related to operational data. This role serves as the key liaison between data management teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency, across the organization.

Principal Responsibilities

Business Process Management:

  • Continuously improving business processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor process blockers and ensure adjustment of corresponding data.
  • Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot process-related issues.

              

Data Governance and Quality:

  • Work with Data Governance to establish practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Help to define, develop, and document operational data processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Action and drive completion within the business of data quality controls and standards.
  • Manage the remediation of data audits and validations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance, IT Business Partners, Data Analysts, and Business Units to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other business teams cross functionally to drive process improvements and troubleshoot blockers.
  • Provide training and support on data processes to end users.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and business process ownership within the Logistics, Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) function.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiatives.
  • Implementation experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.

The compensation for this position is between $105,500 and131,900 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
