The Business Process Analyst (BPA), Performance and Regulatory Oversight, will be responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, reviewing, controlling, and improving business processes. The BPA may assist with or oversee design, facilitation, training and evaluation of quality improvement projects and teams. This position is also responsible for quality reporting, analysis, and audits supporting continuous quality improvement. The BPA may also assist with project management of complex, cross-functional reporting projects and support/ownership of data products.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate, support, evaluate and improve end-to-end business processes
- Identify risks related to reporting delivery or regulatory matters, and work to implement mitigation and solutions
- Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions using the principles of process excellence and related tools that drive quality improvement
- Review reporting, conduct analysis and audits to support continuous quality improvement across various products and programs using applicable tools
- Support any corrective action plans through the implementation and monitoring of appropriate solutions, in collaboration with applicable business partners, and ensure deliverables are timely
- Assist with or lead project management of complex cross-functional reporting projects, including clearing obstacles for development teams and managing risks to ensure deliverables and client performance guarantees are met
- Assist with support and/or ownership of data products including issue detection dashboards and processes/tools designed to collect, automate, store, and report on regulatory data
- Develop subject matter expertise and provide ongoing support/consulting/guidance to team and business partners relative to several critical reporting obligations to CMS
- Understand and support government programs regulatory reporting services provided to clients through their account management teams
- Participate in end-to-end reporting processes including gathering detailed requirements, managing the development of data solutions, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights
Functional Competencies:
- Demonstrates understanding of basic process management and total quality management principles and methodologies
- Develops, demonstrates, and continuously improve understanding of upstream and downstream impacts to partners of business operations and solutions
- Develops/manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain ongoing influence on reporting and regulatory matters
- Performs critical and objective review of information and processes
- Determines if business processes are consistent/compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and takes appropriate action as needed

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an analyst and/or operations related role
- 2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Applications including Project (or other project management solution), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Proven solid research and analytic skills Research experience with the ability to draw conclusions from the data and summarize findings
- Proven solid written communication skills experience communicating professionally via email regarding technical documentation, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in government programs
- Experience managing project deliverable
- Experience in supporting product
- Experience with prescription benefit data/RxClaim
- Experience using Copilot
- Basic understanding of CMS regulations
