About us:

cyber•Fund is an investment fund which is dedicated to partnering with founders from genesis to growth stage and beyond. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to an open cybernetic economy by backing entrepreneurs innovating at the intersection of blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics and adjacent technologies.

Since 2014, we have worked with leading crypto teams and actively contributed to projects such as P2P.org, nil.foundation , and the Lido DAO . We assist with everything from operational and technological decisions to security and research questions, helping companies go from zero to one.

Position Overview:

As part of the Business Operations Team, you will act as a strategic operator and internal leader, responsible for translating high-level vision into scalable and repeatable execution.

You will own cross-functional initiatives at company level, ensure strategic alignment across departments.

Your focus will be on:

  1. Leading and scaling strategic initiatives in close collaboration with founders and leadership to ensure decisions are executed effectively, on time, and with measurable business impact.

  2. Shaping the business planning cadence by driving strategic prioritization, operational OKRs, and execution frameworks.

  3. Enabling data-driven decision-making through structured reporting, dashboards, and business insights that create visibility for stakeholders.

You will operate as both a strategic thinker and execution leader — ensuring clarity of priorities, operational rigor, and high performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management

  • Own and lead full lifecycle delivery of top-priority initiatives — from problem framing and scoping to execution and post-implementation review.

  • Translate strategic goals into clear project roadmaps with defined milestones, ownership, and success metrics.

  • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align decisions, priorities, and resources for maximum business impact.

Business Planning Enablement

  • Drive annual and quarterly business planning, helping teams define priorities, translate them into OKRs/KPIs, and ensure execution accountability.

  • Design and run operational rhythms: leadership reviews, decision-making forums, strategic check-ins — ensuring structure, clear outcomes, and follow-through.

  • Develop and maintain scalable project management frameworks, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Operational Excellence

  • Own performance measurement and reporting for strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommended course-corrections.

  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by sharing project management best practices and coaching stakeholders.

  • Act as a connector ensuring clarity, alignment, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

You have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, Strategy or similar operational leadership roles.

  • Previous exposure to VC, PE, investment banking, or financial organizations (experience influencing executive stakeholders is a strong plus).

  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills — ability to turn data into insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and change management skills.

  • Nice to have: professional or personal exposure to crypto / Web3 ecosystem.

What we offer:
  • Work from anywhere in the world: we are an international distributed team;

  • Competitive compensation;

  • Well-being program;

  • Mental Health care program;

  • Medical insurance;

  • Compensation for education, including English & professional growth courses;

  • Equipment & co-working reimbursement program;

  • Overseas conferences, community immersion;

  • High degree of autonomy, no micromanagement.
