1. Recruiting Coordination & Talent Operations
- Liaison Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the PMO, recruiters, and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
- Pipeline Tracking: Monitor recruiting progress, track candidate movement through the funnel, and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from the offer stage to active project integration.
- Deliverable Management: Track, support, and manage the development of formal contract deliverables to ensure on-time submission and compliance with customer requirements.
- Technical Authoring: Write, edit, and format complex technical documentation, including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines.
- Detailed technical descriptions and engineering overviews.
- Quality Assurance: Prepare and review deliverables to ensure they meet strict customer content and formatting standards.
- Meeting Management: Author comprehensive meeting minutes and action item trackers for internal and customer-facing engagements.
- Systems Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to the management of Information Systems.
- Deployment Documentation: Develop SOPs for application build, release, deployment, and configuration activities.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Technical Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Seven years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or technical writing, preferably within a PMO environment.

- Proven experience managing the lifecycle of contract deliverables.
- Writing Proficiency: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and professional documentation.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management. Experience using Confluence and ServiceNow.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with precision.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams, HR, and external customers.
- A meticulous approach to formatting and quality control for customer-facing documents.
