Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Management - Senior Assistant VP (Senior Business Execution Consultant) in Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) as part of The Chief Operating Officer (COO), within our CIB Banking Capital & Portfolio Management Group. In this role, you will:
  • Partner with the Banking Lending COO team and other internal stakeholders to develop solutions to both new and existing business challenges
  • Support the Capital & Portfolio Management team in efforts to strengthen the infrastructure related to the delivery of lending products
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives that drive business continuity and operational excellence
  • Support the Banking Lending COO team across a variety of key ad-hoc projects, including pipeline reporting, finance and capital forecasting, and other critical initiatives
  • Prepare reporting and presentation materials and support relationship management with CIB Lending Operations, including preparation for joint meetings
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, while managing pipeline activities and operational performance
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills, a foundational understanding of organizational strategy, and knowledge of international business dynamics
  • Work independently to provide leadership and make recommendations that enhance support functions and business execution
  • Assist in the planning and execution of programs and initiatives focused on risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures that align with business goals
  • Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Corporate Lending and/or Investment Banking
  • Experience with Investment Banking RCSA
  • Experience with strategy, underwriting, financial, and/or analytics experience of commercial portfolios
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRMs) including Salesforce and market data vendors such as; Dealogic, Tableau, Bloomberg, Factset
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Visa sponsorship is not available

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$87,000.00 - $168,000.00
