Job Description
Join our team as a Business Manager to optimize business performance by acting as a trusted advisor to Business and Group Heads, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth operations. This dynamic role requires resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude, offering the opportunity to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts while partnering with technology to drive success.
Job Summary:
As a Business Manager in our team, you will optimize business performance by leading key initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project management and business analysis. Your role will involve organizing complex information strategically and communicating effectively with key business partners. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts, while adapting to change and demonstrating resilience. This position is not just about being a chief of staff; it encompasses everything from administration to finance. You will work with energy and dynamism, managing up, down, and across, while handling confidential information. Together, we will enhance business processes and drive success.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen.
  • Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations and dashboards.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and determine next steps.
  • Manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
  • Identify key business risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites.
  • Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
  • Advanced experience in Business Management or COO role.
  • Proven experience in technical analysis and financial management.
  • Ability to engage with different stakeholder groups effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organization, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in creating compelling presentations and reports.
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful design decisions.
  • Experience in managing audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
  • Familiarity with collaboration sites like SharePoint.
  • Experience in simplifying and improving business processes.
  • Strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global managers and team members.
