We are seeking a collaborative, client focused and results-oriented professional to join the FAS Business Intelligence team. This is a unique opportunity that will directly enable the vision of continuing to bring business, technology, and data closer together. You will partner closely with members of the FAS Digital and Analytics organization and cross divisional partners to manage a portfolio of initiatives that enhance our analytics ecosystem, improve operational efficiency and deliver proactive insights to FAS. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, relationship management skills, curiosity and previous experience with Data and/or technology teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage programs or major workstreams of a broader program. Ensure that the scope of the program aligns with business priorities and that business value is properly measured for prioritization. 

  • Develop and maintain broad knowledge and awareness of Financial Services industry forces, competition, and trends to act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor financial, legal, and other regulatory environments to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions. 

  • Communicate with stakeholders, leaders, team members, management, and department partners to ensure that requirements and priorities are understood. Monitor project progress and results and submit regular status reports to management and internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the development and execution of business change management and communication plans. 

  • Build and maintain relationships across program stakeholders and proactively foster effective communication between internal and external parties. Drive key decisions to ensure alignment with overarching goals across stakeholders. 

  • Ensure all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintain control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements. Maintain an appropriate level of technical and business knowledge to support program implementation. 

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

    • Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services and Data and/or Technology experience preferred. 
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. 
    • Communication & user training experience preferred 
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to recognize and develop constructive ideas. 
    • Proven time and priority management skills. Ability to work independently and with a team. Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
    • Proven ability to initiate, plan and execute projects, and produce timely deliverables. 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Meeting management and group presentation skills.
