Join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where you'll leverage your expertise in MS Power BI and Snowflake database to develop and maintain BI solutions. You'll play a key role in analyzing business problems, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to build impactful visual management solutions. If you're passionate about driving business value through data visualization and analytics, and possess strong proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries, we'd love to have you on board.
What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power BI, applying advanced DAX and Power Query (M) techniques to deliver meaningful insights.
• Leverage Snowflake and SQL to extract, transform, and present data that supports reporting and decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that inform strategic initiatives.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate insights clearly and effectively through written and verbal presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with business teams to understand data needs and translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making by identifying opportunities to apply analytics for business impact.

What Skills & Experiences You Will Need:

• Education/Experience: This position typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or business-related degree
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
• Business Assessment: Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.
• Research Analysis: Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies and methods of research analysis; ability to locate, interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries
• Previous experience with Snowflake and other AI tools

• The primary location for this position is Mossville, IL
• This role requires 5 days a week in office
• Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify

Summary Pay Range:
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
