We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain BI Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across our supply chain operations.This role will focus on building dashboards, analyzing key supply chain KPIs, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, cost optimization, and fulfillment performance.What You'll Do:
Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) to monitor supply chain performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in inventory management, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to improve key metrics such as OTIF, fill rates, shrink, location accuracy, and inventory turnover.
Extract, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (ERP, WMS, TMS, and external vendor systems).
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Support cost optimization initiatives by analyzing spend patterns, forecasting demand, and improving freight and distribution strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT) to align data insights with business objectives.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security while ensuring compliance with industry regulations (GMP, FDA, GDP, etc.).
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, Looker).
Strong SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from multiple systems.
Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics KPIs.
Strong communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
Exposure to machine learning applications in supply chain forecasting.
