This role is offered to active duty service members who are enrolled in the Skillbridge program or are looking for a Skillbridge internship only. This is a contract role for up to 6 months. Interns will be paid through the Skillbridge Program by the Department of Defense.

About the Role:

This role will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Intelligence team to support the Sales and Customer Success Group (CSG) organizations. In this role, you will utilize our business systems data to analyze and provide insight into the organization's historical and forecasted performance. Additionally, this role will apply creativity and analytical thinking to design and implement operational dashboards and ad hoc reporting.

The role requires that you have a strong technical knowledge of database and business intelligence design, and how to transform data into insight so we can utilize world class functional dashboards, reporting, and analysis to ensure data-driven decisions are a daily part of how we work. To do this you will work with our Sales and CSG Strategy & Operations teams to provide business insight.

Skillbridge applicants will gain a background in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, SQL as well as develop experience supporting sales, pre-sales and/or a post-sales customer business. This position reports to the Director in GTM Intelligence.

What You Will Do:
  • Create and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics/Tableau dashboards that allow us to measure and effectively execute strategies that guide the Customer Solutions Group & Sales Team to actions and investment

  • Own core activities for small analytic projects of moderate to high complexity

  • Gather requirements, design, and build dashboards & analytic reporting based on stakeholders & leadership needs to help monitor performance for all key indicators.

  • Work across the GTM Intelligence team to define and maintain a set of data definitions and available measures across the Sales & CSG business

What You Will Bring:
  • BS degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computing, Business, Operations, Analytics, Math-related field or a related discipline.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, business intelligence, and analytic approaches

  • The ability to communicate cross-functionally, derive requirements, set and meet deadlines, and deliver insightful analysis and/or models

  • Keen attention to detail while completing complex tasks

  • Open, growth mindset and high degrees of self motivation, fostered in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic environment
