Are you ready to join our team as a Business Insurance Sales Consultant? We're looking for a passionate and engaging professional to drive our business insurance sales and provide exceptional service to our customers.
As a Business Insurance Sales Consultant, you will:
- Follow up warm leads from potential clients who have registered on our website, and in time, progress to handling inbound enquiries.
- Utilize your training and knowledge of BizCover's business insurance products to help customers find the right coverage for their specific needs.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for everyone who engages with BizCover.
- Drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to our ongoing success.
- Adhere to all legislative and quality assurance requirements to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based environment, although not essential.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance or other insurance products would be advantageous, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering top-notch experiences on every call.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic team.
