Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager for our Global Regulatory Reporting Transformation Team as part of Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division
In this role, you will:
- Lead the global strategic roadmap and change portfolio for CIB Operations Regulatory Reporting
- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
- Diverse background in Capital Markets Operations, Project Management, Data Analysis, and/or Strategic Planning
- Experience with Regulatory Reporting, including Swap Dealer / Broker Dealer / Qualified Financial Contract Recordkeeping Regulatory Reporting (e.g. CFTC, SEC, CSA, HKMA, MiFIR)
- Experience managing large scale transformational initiatives, including automation and platform modernization
- Experience working across multiple areas, including Operations leadership, Technology, and other support functions to assess multiple regulatory/industry obligations, Operational process improvements, Technology upgrades, and business growth opportunities to create a strategic plan for delivery across the change portfolio
- Exceptional relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence decision making
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, critical thinking, and resourcefulness to identify and resolve problems and incidents
- Ability to work effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a matrixed and dynamic team environment, across all organizational levels with flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, and creating concise communications to senior leaders
- Aptitude to structure multiple tasks, work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
- Flexibility to manage multiple distinct work streams simultaneously
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule at the location listed
