In this role, you will:
- Provide quality, consultative coaching to the field regarding Financial Advisor (FA) and Digital Platform tools and applications such as Advisor Gateway / SmartStation, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applications
- Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
- Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups
- Participate in all required training and remain current on all application releases and updates
- Assist with initiatives and deliverables
- Provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers if applicable
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience facilitating and delivering education or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings
- or presentations
- Coaching and training experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing: growing a business or portfolio of clients
- Experience supporting Advisor Gateway/ SmartStation, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applications
- Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- Ability to travel up to 30 - 40% of the time
