About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to provide support to the Change Management activities within Commercial Banking
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies, process improvements, and operational initiatives
- Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement across lines of business, risk, compliance, and technology teams
- Assist in tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines for process improvement or transformational projects
- Participate in team meetings, working groups, and project discussions to provide input and track progress
- Prepare meeting materials, status updates, and documentation in support of change initiatives
- Participate in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Conduct basic data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Assist in preparing documentation, presentations, and reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Help ensure alignment with internal procedures, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards
- Maintain documentation and follow up on action items to ensure execution tasks stay on track.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and internal policy updates that may affect business operations
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Exposure to or interest in financial services or consulting
- Familiarity with project management or change management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to synthesize information and present findings clearly
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and adapt quickly in ambiguous or evolving business environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
