Position Overview

Brady IPS is seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven  to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping introduce Brady's solutions, identify business opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is confident on the phone, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. Successful candidates are resilient, organized, and excited about building relationships that help drive business growth.


Brady IPS Location: Fort Mill, SC (In-Person) Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday

 

Preferred Qualifications

Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and email outreach to prospective customers.
  • Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders across various industries.
  • Build rapport quickly and professionally represent the Brady IPS brand.

 

Lead Qualification

  • Identify customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria, including business fit, opportunity potential, and readiness to engage.
  • Gather key account information and maintain accurate customer records.

 

Appointment Scheduling

  • Schedule qualified meetings for Brady IPS Account Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure all meeting details are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Confirm appointments and conduct follow-up outreach as needed.

 

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Accurately document all customer interactions, call outcomes, notes, and next steps within CRM systems.
  • Maintain organized prospect records and follow-up schedules.
  • Track activity levels and performance metrics.

 

Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of Brady IPS products, services, and value propositions.
  • Communicate how Brady solutions help customers improve workplace safety, productivity, and compliance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer challenges.

 

Objection Handling

  • Professionally address questions and initial objections.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and persistence when facing rejection.
  • Use consultative communication techniques to keep prospects engaged.
