About Us:

Verifiable is a provider credentialing and network monitoring platform, delivery industry-leading AI, API and Software solutions to help healthcare organizations optimize operations at enterprise scale. We are a top Salesforce partner, winning the 2024 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award, and also were named to Inc. 5000 2025, the most prestigious ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies. We work with leading healthcare organizations such as Humana Dental, Talkspace, Headway, Empower Pharmacy, and many others.

Verifiable is a fast-moving, early-stage team that values impact, ownership, and follow-through. Everyone here rolls up their sleeves, dives into ambiguity, and takes end-to-end responsibility for meaningful work. Priorities shift, problems aren’t always perfectly defined, and we move with urgency—so we look for people who are energized by hard problems, rapid learning, and stepping in wherever the team needs support.

We’re collaborative and human, but we keep a high bar. If you thrive in a scrappy, high-ownership environment where your work directly shapes the company’s trajectory, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Development: Helping develop targeted sequences & strategies that effectively educate and nurture prospect organizations towards conversion

  • High-Intent Lead Nurture: Working closely with Demand Gen & Partnerships to develop targeted campaigns with high-intent leads that come from demand generation programs

  • Sales Handoff: Scheduling initial sales meetings with prospects for Account Executives, ensuring prospect shows up to meeting and is prepared

  • Database Management & Reporting: Maintaining and updating a database of prospect accounts, contacts, leads, etc, using Verifiable’s instance of Salesforce. Documenting and reporting out on key metrics such as daily activities, meetings, & conversion rates.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborating with other BDR’s, leadership, and sales team members to develop Verifiable’s outbound playbook- including sequences, and frameworks for cold calling, social selling, multi-threading & more.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ months experience in a SDR/BDR role (outbound preferred), utilizing phone calls, email, & LinkedIn

  • Sales Skills: Must be able to prospect and qualify leads, set appointments for Account Executives, and effectively communicate Verifiable’s value proposition to potential clients.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbally and in writing. Must be able to build rapport with potential clients, ask questions to identify their needs, and articulate how the Verifiable can help them.

  • Adaptability: Working at Verifiable is fast-paced and ever-changing, so BDRs must be able to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Self-Motivated: BDR’s must be able to work independently and take the initiative to generate leads and move them through the sales funnel.

  • Resilient: Must be persistent and resilient in the face of rejection. Able to handle objections and continue to persevere and achieve daily/monthly goals
