LogicMonitor is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in driving growth and expanding market reach. As the “face of LM,” you will strategically identify and qualify high-value opportunities for the sales team, engaging with prospects to uncover pain points and demonstrate how LogicMonitor’s IT infrastructure monitoring solutions can support their business initiatives.

  • Generate Sales Opportunities: Identify and qualify high-value prospects to create pipeline opportunities for the sales team.

  • Outbound Prospecting: Leverage technical and value-based insights to engage cold and warm leads, driving new business opportunities.

  • Qualify Prospects: Assess fit by asking key qualifying questions to understand client needs, challenges, and timelines.

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns.

  • Engagement & Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with prospects, delivering relevant messaging to generate interest and advance conversations.

  • Internal Collaboration & Insights Sharing: Serve as a key resource by sharing best practices, competitive insights, and product updates with internal teams.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, providing updates on achievements, business plans, and quota progress.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of outbound sales experience.

  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, your package will also include, but is not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, generous parental leave policies, access to our Employee Assistance Program and various Wellness programs, a 401K with company matching, a Lifestyle Spending Account, and an unlimited vacation policy. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$55,000$55,000 USD
