We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers engaging with Case IQ through inbound channels such as demo requests, marketing campaigns, webinars, tradeshows and content downloads.

Your primary responsibility will be to qualify inbound leads, understand customer needs, and create high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executives. This is a critical role for driving pipeline growth and delivering an exceptional buyer experience across our 5 products.

What you'll do

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner (demo requests, webinar leads, event leads, etc.)
  • Conduct qualification conversations to understand prospect need, challenges, and fit with the Case IQ suite of products
  • Route qualified opportunities to Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Follow up with nurture leads and re-engage inactive prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and messaging

Who we're looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or customer-facing sales role (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and uncover customer needs
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment – proven track record of quota attainment
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav) is an asset
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and coachability
  • Experience handling inbound leads and converting “warm” leads from webinars & tradeshows

Nice to Have (Assets)

  • Familiarity with compliance, HR tech, or investigative solutions
  • Familiarity with speaking about a variety of different solutions, to multiple different use cases
