As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you’ll represent the Clear Capital brand - the company, its products, people and culture - to develop, manage and close new business with existing and prospective customers. 

In a remote role, using phone, email, social media and online meetings you’ll develop business relationships with prospects that increase revenues for the company and ensure our customers are always receiving excellent value, great customer service and the product quality that Clear Capital has become known for in the real-estate industry.

We are seeking candidates who wish to develop and progress their career in sales. You should be professional, well-organized, articulate,  self-motivated, customer service oriented and ready to learn new skills and excited to operate outside your comfort zone. You’ll have good writing and presentation skills.    Familiarity with the mortgage industry, technology and/or financial services sales is a bonus.

What You Will Work On

  • You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the sales team to develop outreach strategies to targeted accounts. You will act as the first point of contact for prospects and represent Clear Capital’s brand. By taking a consultative approach you will uncover and qualify prospective customer’s business needs and priorities. As a sales professional you will acquire and maintain a strong understanding of our solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects.
  • Use phone, emails and social media to engage existing and prospective customers
  • Respond quickly to inbound requests and leads
  • Work with Sales Engineers and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition for account setup
  • Schedule meetings for sales team with prospective customers
  • Attend and run meetings you scheduled for sales team 
  • Use Salesforce to drive your day-to-day activity and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Fully document all completed activities and next steps
  • Seek referrals to expand your industry and customer contacts
  • Attend events and tradeshows to represent Clear Capital and engage potential prospects

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in High Tech or Financial Services is a plus.

What You Can Expect

  • Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $26.78 to $38.00 hourly, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
