  • Market Insights: Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and tailor messaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 + years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email automation platforms, etc.
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as call volume, email outreach, or booked meetings.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share feedback and contribute to team success.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SaaS/Healthcare and their value proposition to businesses.
  • Knowledge of lead-generation tools like Apollo.io, Outreach.io, or ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with objection handling and value-based selling techniques.

What Compliancy Group Can Offer You:

  • Opportunity to join a proven company with big ambitions and competitive base salary plus bonus potential.
  • Extensive in-depth training & on-the-job development
  • Rich comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, eyecare, 401K with company match, generous PTO, and more!)
