The Business Development Representative will execute outreach campaigns, support sales efforts, generate leads, manage pipelines, and collaborate with teams to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams to execute campaigns strategies for outbound reach
- Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly targets: pipeline, conversion rates, appointments set, demos, or follow-up calls assigned to quota carrying Account Executive
- Collaborate with Account Executives and other stakeholders on reporting and analysis
- Chart and Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Ensure CRM tools and Wealth’s value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities
- Generate qualified meetings & sales pipeline within Strategic and Targeted AccountsManage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan
- Maintain a high-level of daily activity including calls, live prospect connections, email & LinkedIn touches
- Use advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and other tools to uncover new opportunities and build trust with prospects
- Keep up to date with the technology industry and competitive landscape
- Calling on Marketing campaign respondents and inbound leads
- Demonstrating a clear understanding of sales processes and product and service value propositions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant years of experience
- 3 years of experience working as a SaaS sales development representative looking to progress their career
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, Zoominfo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong history of achieving and exceeding quota
- Experience working both inbound and outbound channels
- Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization and social selling
- Passion for team collaboration, coaching and seeing others succeed
