The Opportunity - Business Development Representative (Remote - USA / CANADA)

We are looking for a tenacious Business Development Representative to join our team. Reporting into the sales organization, you will help us by researching, contacting, qualifying, and scheduling sales meetings with prospects. You will also play a pivotal role in helping us develop lifecycle marketing campaigns and creative outbound outreach that aligns closely with our buyer journey. Building authentic relationships comes natural to you and you have a hunter mindset. You will be the voice of Wrapbook as we explore new channels of acquiring business.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop new business through creative outbound prospecting, emailing, and events

  • Contact leads generated through our marketing initiatives

  • Create email sequences and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts

  • Contact prospects in creative ways across a variety of platforms

  • Develop rapport with prospects to understand their motivations or objections in buying Wrapbook and translate these findings into actionable learnings for the sales, marketing and product teams

  • Contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and product feedback back into the marketing and product organization and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.

  • Qualify prospects and set meetings for Account Executives

  • Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded by consistently identifying new opportunities and optimizing outreach strategies.

What you’ll have:

  • You have experience in a sales role, ideally sales development

  • You are an excellent communicator and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert

  • You have a voracious appetite to learn, are organized and able to prioritize effectively

  • You are tenacious, work hard and find ways to hit any goal

  • You are comfortable with the rapid pace and constantly changing landscape of an early stage startup

  • You want to grow your career in sales and are motivated by success
