About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth through strategic account outreach and sales pipeline development strategies. This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and driving new sales opportunities in our business.

What you'll do

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and pipeline for the SAAS business.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize sales techniques and methodologies to identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product, customer use cases, and competitive landscape.
  • Educate prospects and customers on the product and its value proposition.
  • Manage and track opportunities in CRM and use data analysis to drive decision making and strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and product to drive sales success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales enablement technologies, such as SFDC and HubSpot highly preferred.
  • Experience in Cold Calling required.
  • Experience in SAAS sales highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic.
