We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Business Development Representative! The Business Development Representative primary goal is to support key business stakeholders to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way. This role requires coordination and collaboration between teams to determine the requirements of multiple programs. Critical to this role will be broad knowledge of business processes, systems, and solutions.

Ideal candidates reside in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, or South Carolina

You’re a great fit if you can… 

  • Manage all aspects of program contracts from award through contract execution

  • Resourcefully identifying potential prospects via research/outreach; targeting key decision makers and nurturing relationships to develop long-term brand awareness

  • Work with and project manage representatives of all departments across the company to lead meetings, assign responsibilities timelines and ensure all contract processes are followed

  • Lead meetings and communicate with clients as needed

  • Understanding the goals or challenges prospective clients are facing and matching problems with solutions within the scopes of work we are well known for

  • Charismatically delivering updates to stakeholders on the status of leads, including Executive Leadership

  • Collaborating to support Business Development Directors or other Sales Operations teams as needed

  • Prepare and lead yearly extensions process to ensure all extensions are executed prior to start date

  • Manage the work-out-of-contract approval process

  • Write complex contracts, amendments and similar ancillary documents

  • Work a remote-hybrid work arrangement, this role does require frequent travel to the states listed above

Exciting candidates have…

  • Over 2 years progressive client/customer-facing experience; project management of diverse groups of people, urgent or changing timelines, and ambiguous concepts a plus

  • Confidence in quickly getting up to speed to organize and prioritize the tasks at hand, requiring minimal oversight and supervision

  • An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Knowledge and application of Salesforce.com, MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Compensation Target

$90,000-$100,000 / Annually + annual bonus incentive

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
