As a Business Development Representative, you'll engage with target accounts to drive meetings and opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing while using Salesforce for tracking.

What You’ll Do..
- Proactively prospect into target accounts via email, phone, social channels, and events
- Drive qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team
- Research and identify the right stakeholders within complex organizations
- Manage and track all outreach activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Represent the Tufin brand with professionalism, curiosity, and energy
Who You Are...
- A successful track record working in a collaborative team or office environment
- Enthusiasm for prospecting, engaging new accounts, and navigating enterprise organizations
- Previous software or SaaS experience is a strong plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools: Salesforce experience is a plus
- A self-motivated mindset: responsible, accountable, and driven
- A strong work ethic with the ability to listen, learn, and adapt quickly
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales and cybersecurity
