At GlassHouse Systems the business development representative will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing sales strategies, and fostering strong partnerships.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON for a Business Development Representative. The role includes managing marketing-generated leads, conducting research on target prospects, and implementing plans to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team, stakeholders, and selected partners to achieve sales goals across all three of our lines of business – security, infrastructure and cloud.
This is a contract, full-time position.
- 2-4 years of experience in a business development, sales development, or inside sales role (ideally in IT or technology services).
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Research-driven mindset with the ability to uncover insights about prospects and industries.
- Understanding of cloud services, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Self-motivated, curious, and results-oriented with a team-first mindset.
