As a Brand Partnerships Business Development Representative, your mission is to build and qualify a strong pipeline of brand and agency opportunities, support the team with sharp research and thoughtful outreach, and help drive new business into our creator economy. • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or partnerships
• Experience in gaming, advertising, or tech is a strong advantage
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to uncover key contacts, identify trends, and spot opportunities within complex organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft smart, concise outreach that resonates with brands and agencies
• High attention to detail and strong ownership of CRM hygiene and reporting
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and supporting different seller styles and workflows
• Proactive, independent, and highly organized, thriving in fast-moving environments
• Strong interest in gaming, creator economies, advertising, or brand partnerships
