As a BDR, you’ll be the front line of our sales team, responsible for generating qualified leads and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role is critical to our success, providing a pipeline of opportunities for our Account Executives to close. You will work closely with experienced sales reps, marketing, and leadership to execute a winning go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential law firm clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM data, and industry databases.
- Outreach: Engage prospects through multi-channel communication (email, phone, social media) to schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and client information in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on campaign strategies and drive pipeline growth.
- Learn and Adapt: Stay up to date on DeepJudge’s technology, legal personas, and value propositions to effectively communicate with prospects.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role (experience in legal tech or SaaS is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Attitude:
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a growth mindset.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn about the legal tech space and AI.
