The Business Development Manager will drive new sales opportunities, train sales teams, analyze campaigns, and cultivate relationships in digital marketing.

We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Up to 50% travel required.
- 5–7 years of experience in digital sales or digital ad operations, preferably within advertising or media planning.
- Strong technical knowledge of digital platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to build, cultivate, and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving new business opportunities from prospecting through closing.
- Proven ability to build, present, and close platform-agnostic media plans tailored to diverse advertiser goals.
- Experience training large-scale sales teams across geographically dispersed organizations.
- Expertise in analyzing digital campaign reports, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and simplifying complex data for diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships while managing multiple priorities effectively
