About This Role:

The Business Development Manager is part of the Growth Operations team and reports to the Senior Director, Growth Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational execution across Binance.US’s core Earn initiatives, including Staking and Boost campaigns, as well as leading Listings strategy and lifecycle management. This includes overseeing the intake, due diligence, execution, and optimization of token listings and partner campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Data, and Marketing to scale programs that directly impact platform growth and revenue. This role also serves as a key relationship manager for staking service providers, custody vendors, and token project partners.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the sales relationship for Listings and Earn (Staking + Boost), from intake through launch and post-launch performance

  • Lead execution of listing and campaign initiatives, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, go-to-market strategy, and timeline management

  • Lead negotiations and structure deal terms that align with regulatory and business requirements

  • Serve as the relationship manager for key Earn partners, including custody and validator service providers

  • Support the design and implementation of referral systems, incentive campaigns, and loyalty mechanics to drive user growth

  • Build and maintain scalable workflows, playbooks, and tooling for repeatable, compliant campaign execution

  • Partner with Product and Data to implement experimentation infrastructure (A/B testing, funnel analysis) and improve campaign effectiveness

  • Collaborate with Marketing, BD, and Affiliate teams to align partner campaigns with broader growth strategies

  • Research market opportunities and create Listings strategies, including positioning, sequencing, and cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
    5+ years of experience in Growth, Business Development Strategy, or Business Operations, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth startups.

  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, exchange operations, and asset listing processes.

  • Strong analytical and operational background; fluent in SQL and data tooling (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude).

  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects involving Product, Legal, Data, and Engineering.

  • Proven track record of closing complex deals in a highly regulated industry

  • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, particularly staking and tokenomics

  • Experience managing and leading cross-functional initiatives

Salary:

The pay range for this role is between USD$125,000 - USD$155,000 per year for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
