Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at CrunchDAO, you will drive our growth and shape our partnerships in the realms of finance, AI, and web3. You’ll work closely with leadership and product teams to identify opportunities, establish new collaborations, and deepen existing client relationships. Your goal is to help expand CrunchDAO’s footprint as the premier global network for next-generation predictions and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Strategy
    Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within financial services, web3, and AI ecosystems. Evaluate new markets and potential use cases for CrunchDAO’s platform.

  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    Proactively source new clients—ranging from hedge funds to asset managers to healthcare … —and maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders.
    Understand client needs and tailor value propositions around CrunchDAO’s decentralized and data-driven capabilities.

  3. Deal Negotiation & Execution
    Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and long-term relationships.
    Oversee the end-to-end sales process—from initial pitch to closure—collaborating with internal legal, finance, and technical teams.

  4. Market & Competitive Analysis
    Keep a pulse on market trends in ML/AI, crypto, and capital markets.
    Identify competitive threats, gaps, and opportunities, and propose strategies to strengthen CrunchDAO’s market position.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to communicate client feedback and inform product roadmaps.
    Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to drive awareness and outreach efforts.

  6. Brand Advocacy
    Represent CrunchDAO at conferences, universities, webinars, and industry events to showcase our unique decentralized approach. Build CrunchDAO’s reputation as a thought leader in data science, blockchain, and predictive analytics.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within fintech, AI, or crypto.

  • Domain Knowledge: Comfortable discussing technical and financial concepts—such as machine learning, capital markets, and the crypto/blockchain ecosystem.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in forging partnerships and negotiating deals that drive significant revenue or strategic value.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled at identifying market dynamics and competitive strategies to position CrunchDAO’s offerings effectively.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a bias toward action, able to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
