We’re Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders. We offer full-cycle software development from ideation and design to build and go-to-market. Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in North America.

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Fluxon, you’ll be an early member of our team. You’ll be responsible for building a foundation that enables us to help our clients succeed.

We’re looking for someone who craves having real impact and ownership. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Help define our company’s growth strategy
  • Open new and growing business lines for companies who need our services, including rolling up your sleeves to generate leads, conduct research, or anything else that can help grow new business
  • Build and maintain strong, caring, empathetic relationships by listening to our clients
  • Strive to deeply understand client needs and do the right thing, big or small, for everyone
  • Manage the entire business development cycle
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role, preferably with experience selling to founders or tech leaders at large, enterprise companies
  • Passionate about growing Fluxon and partnering with world-leading brands and high-growth startups to help them succeed
  • Experience across the full business development lifecycle
  • Track record of successfully navigating complex technology solution sales
  • History of building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Has experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment
What we offer

The total compensation for this role is between $150,000 to $250,000+ , and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.
