Now, we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with the drive of a hunter, the polish of a trusted advisor, and the hunger to crush big deals—and get rewarded for it with a competitive base and uncapped commissions.

 

We have 2 territories:

FULL REMOTE ROLE

Texas (Must live anywhere in the state of Texas

Mid-states/PA (Must live an acceptable distance from Philidelphia or Pittsburgh to travel to clients in neighboring few states)

 

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Hunt: Build and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise prospects across multiple industries.

  • Close Big, Close Often: Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from first conversation to signature—landing enterprise deals that make a measurable impact.

  • Be the Expert: Position Pomeroy’s solutions as the key to digital transformation for enterprise IT and operations teams.

  • Build Real Relationships: Become the go-to partner for C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Stay Ahead: Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs to consistently deliver innovative, revenue-driving solutions.

  • Collaborate to Win: Partner with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to create proposals that seal the deal.

What You Bring
  • Proven Experience:

    • 5+ years in enterprise sales, specifically in Managed Services, IT infrastructure, or Digital Workspace (DWS) solutions.

    • A history of smashing quotas and bringing in multi-million-dollar deals.

  • Skills That Sell:

    • A hunter mindset with sharp negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.

    • Confidence connecting with everyone—from IT leads to the C-suite.

  • Tools of the Trade:

    • Comfortable with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.

    • Deep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems and digital transformation trends.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA a plus, but not required).
