We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join the Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS) team driving growth in the fraud detection and prevention, identity verification, chargeback management, and regulatory compliance sectors. BDEs are responsible for market expansion and penetration in existing markets through new business and new logos, entry into new markets or market segments, and new capability pursuits in existing domains.
What you will do

  • Identify and secure new customers/partner sales
  • Land and grow new customer/partner revenue across the identity/fraud solution portfolio
  • Develop contact network within new customers/partners and facilitates connection to relevant Equifax counterparts
  • Lay early foundation for long-term customer/partner relationships
  • Identify, develop, manage, and close opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions with prospects
  • Complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business imperatives and risk, fraud, and marketing strategies
  • Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value
  • Network to build relationships with economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers in target customers
  • Leverage account, solution, and delivery team resources effectively and at appropriate times to advance opportunities
  • Lead account strategy motions with cross-functional team to identify sales opportunities tied to Equifax value-add
  • Respond to prospect RFI and RFPs
  • Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution

What experience you need

  • 2-4+ years of experience in B2B net new logo sales or business development
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of B2B sales success, hitting or exceeding KPIs
  • A hunter mentality -- you're a proactive and results-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic, a high degree of initiative, and a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Industry knowledge (Payments, eCommerce, Fraud/Risk Mitigation, Chargebacks, Identity verification), preferred
  • Proficiency with sales technologies (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.)

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,340 to $80,000. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program.
