The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Business Development Director to join the Sales team in Central Europe. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for sales prospecting and winning new clients to meet sales targets and help build a profitable business. Your prospects have demand and budget for what you will be selling. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully build a sales funnel, prospect, and close new clients by providing product expertise on full-service offerings and a consultative sales engagement. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple clients and prospects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Business travel will be part of your remit.
Location: Berlin, Germany. This position is hybrid. Candidates must be able to travel to the office 3x a week.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with your clients, connecting with key business stakeholders.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for clients, supported by the internal team.
- Lead and align the Central Europe team and assist with obtaining regional goals.
- Manage strategic high-level management and transactional sales activity, including creating customized client projects.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, Customer Success, and Product, to improve the entire client onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly goals, while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (includes travel to client meetings)
- Provide regional reports to EVP, EMEA for Global Sales Tracking
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasts
- Become an expert on all PureSpectrum products
- Achieve proficiency in prospect product demos
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Client Development, Operations, Product and Services various corporate initiatives
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years of sales experience in the market research SaaS or equivalent industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience preferred
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow-through skills
- Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
- Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
- Strong analytical aptitude, results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Word & Excel and familiarity with CRM based solutions (i.e, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
