About the role

We are expanding our online PDF editing product into a highly localized forms-based solution, starting with tax, legal, and administrative forms like W-9 and scaling globally. We’re looking for a Business Development Analyst who will drive the research, selection, preparation, and launch of high-demand forms across multiple countries.

This is a highly operational, research-driven role that requires a mix of analytical thinking, strong ownership, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to identify forms with the highest market demand, prepare them for integration, and help us scale our offering country by country.

If you’re resourceful, extremely detail-oriented, and excited about helping build a global product at speed — this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-demand forms and templates (tax, legal, administrative, business, etc.), country by country.

  • Analyze search trends, competitor offerings, and market data to prioritize forms by demand potential.

  • Source, download, and prepare forms for use (incl. conversion into fillable PDF format using Acrobat or similar tools).

  • Upload prepared forms into CMS or coordinate with the product team for technical integration.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to optimize rollout plans and prioritize backlog.

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized form library with proper metadata, categories, and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, research, business operations, or product ops.

  • Strong research and analytical skills — ability to collect and synthesize market data quickly.

  • Hands-on experience with PDF tools (e.g., Acrobat) to prepare fillable forms.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills — ability to manage large content libraries.

  • Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Growth.

  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-directed — able to independently drive projects forward.

Nice to have
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, document management, or legal/tax content.

  • Experience managing content in CMS or product data platforms.

  • Familiarity with international markets and local regulatory environments.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
