  • Market Intelligence: Proactively monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify and develop creative solutions for new revenue potential within existing accounts.

What You Bring: Essential Competencies

We're looking for an adaptable, results-obsessed professional with the following:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Results-Driven Track Record: A documented history of exceeding sales goals and building strong, enduring client relationships.
  • Industry Fluency: In-depth knowledge of key performance verticals (e.g., finance, insurance, home services, and lead generation).
  • Analytical Power: Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering complex insights clearly to C-suite partners.
  • Mindset: Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude required to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while going the extra mile for success.

Why Madrivo?

We are a world-ranked leader in the affiliate marketing space, recognized globally as one of the Top 5 Best CPA Networks and certified as a Great Place to Work three years in a row.

  • Award-Winning Culture: We're a fast-paced, award-winning company with a strong focus on employee well-being and growth.
