Responsibilities
Turn data into insight — source, clean, and interpret TradFi market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning, working closely with our data team
Turn insight into proposals — develop clear, actionable recommendations: pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, go-to-market
Enable business development — package analysis into decision-ready formats our leadership uses directly when engaging external parties and pursuing TradFi opportunities
Build the market picture — maintain a working map of the TradFi landscape (banking, brokerages, market infrastructure) to drive our commercial push
- Originate and source deals — proactively identify and engage issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms to develop new opportunities
Own the full deal cycle — from initial outreach and pitch, through negotiation, to closing and handover. You'll be measured on deals closed, not meetings had.
Lead commercial discussions — structure the economics of the partnership, model the value, and land terms that work
Build the strategy — feed market intelligence back to shape what we pursue next in tokenisation and partnerships
Work cross-functionally — align with product, legal, compliance, and engineering to get deals over the line
Requirements
5- 8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles — ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
Project and change management experience.
- Deep understanding of tokenisation — real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or the institutional side of crypto.
