In this role, you will lead the process from ideation until execution for medium to large-sized company-directed initiatives in Consumer Lending and Collections. Facilitate the discovery process with the project owner and key stakeholders to translate ideas into user stories. Identify, elicit, and document requirements for business and technical groups, including third-party vendors. Work with project management to assist in overall project management, planning, monitoring and reporting. Work with the Technical Business Analysts to break down the business requirements to the appropriate development groups and scrum teams. Engaged throughout the initiative to document business requirement changes to keep them current with the final product.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for requirements analysis, management and creating user stories to communicate business flows.
  • Gain consensus and approval from key stakeholders on business requirements documentation. Experience with Consumer Lending and Coolections preferred.
  • Develop high-level requirements for cross-functional business and technology groups.
  • Analyze business problems and identify solutions that meet business goals.
  • Work with the project manager with status reports, meeting expected timelines and estimates of human and financial resources to complete the project.
  • Negotiate and communicate priority for business scope requests.
  • Works with other teams to produce a business requirements document. Maintain functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
  • Support different teams in the development of projects such as project test strategy and acceptance criteria.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree - Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Related - Minimum


Years of Experience:

  • 4 years - Business analyst or related - Minimum

 
In Lieu of Education:

  • 7 years - Business analyst or related


Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$76,500 ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$108,050 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
