Job Description

The Vendor Management team for the Legal Department is looking for the assistance of a data/operations analyst to support the Third Party Management processes. The Legal Vendor management team is responsible managing all Law Firms that supply support to the client's Legal Department. This person will aid the team in maintaining the database in which all Law Firms and legal vendors are held. 

This Data Analyst/ Operations Analyst will be responsible for the below: 

- managing vendor data 

- managing vendor database 

- maintaining vendor management requirements 

- updating vendor information 

Will also be responsible for organizing evidence information that is collected and associated with each vendor. Looking for someone who is EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and TACTICAL. Ideal candidates will take initiative and be able to maintain and improve documentation processes. 

This position will support the Legal Department’s efforts to manage vendor risk. The successful candidate will work with the Legal Department Vendor Management Team to ensure compliance with enterprise requirements. This includes: 

- Analyzing vendor data; 

- Updating vendor information in various databases; and 

- Assisting with various quality control-related activities. 

Qualifications

Required Skills: 

1. Bachelor’s degree 

2. 2+ years of professional experience working as data analyst or operations analyst 

3. Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

4. Strong analytical and communication skills 

5. Proficiency in Excel to be able to work with spreadsheets and manage data (Excel scores REQUIRED on top of resume) 

6. Interpersonal Communication Skills
