What's the role?

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our Central Analytics team, supporting the COO AI Program and enterprise transformation initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will help drive planning, execution, and monitoring of key transformation initiatives, while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

You will work in a pod-based delivery model alongside business leads and technical engineers, contributing to AI-enabled data products, process improvements, and enterprise-scale transformation programs. The role provides hands-on exposure to modern transformation practices, including data-driven decision-making, AI-enabled workflows, and structured PMO execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, structure, and refine requirements for data and AI use cases

  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, and user stories that guide technical delivery

  • Support the design and documentation of end-to-end workflows, including integration points between business processes and data/technical solutions

  • Work closely with technical team members to validate requirements, clarify use cases, and ensure alignment during development

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI enablement

  • Support testing and validation activities, including defining acceptance criteria and tracking outcomes against business expectations

  • Contribute to the development of executive-ready materials, including summaries, status updates, risks, and action tracking

  • Assist in PMO activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and supporting governance processes

  • Monitor and track key actions, risks, issues, and decisions, ensuring visibility and follow-through across initiatives

  • Participate in project meetings and working sessions, providing structured updates and insights on progress and outcomes

  • Support cross-functional coordination across transformation initiatives, including ERP, data, and AI programs

  • Other duties as assigned by the Central Analytics and COO AI Program teams

Who are you?
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business, management, information systems, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics clearly

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technical stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured and executive-ready content

  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management

  • Interest in data, analytics, and AI, and how technology enables business transformation

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through on tasks and commitments, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, PMO execution, and enterprise transformation within a dynamic and growing organization. You will work on high-impact initiatives and gain exposure to real-world applications of data, AI, and modern delivery models.
