Business Analyst – Financial Markets Technology (twice a week in Warsaw office)We seek talented professionals who are passionate about Financial Markets, Technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you bring specialized expertise and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Business analyst in Trading and Market Risk.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver technology solutions for risk management and trading platforms.
  • Lead projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor team members and share expertise to strengthen overall team capability.
  • Engage directly with end-users to understand requirements and provide hands-on support.
What You Bring
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Financial Markets within a financial institution or risk management software company, in client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge:
    • Understanding of Trading and Market Risk concepts and practices.
    • Expertise in derivatives risk and pricing in at least one asset class.
    • Proven track record in technology solution delivery.
  • Education: Solid academic foundation in financial mathematics, statistics, and technology.
  • Skills:
    • SQL (nice to have), Python (nice to have).
    • Familiarity with ADO/JIRA tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Adaptive and collaborative in a multicultural environment.
    • Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability and willingness to mentor others.
