Virta Health is on a mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people. Current treatment approaches aren’t working—over half of US adults have either type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, and obesity rates are at an all-time high. Virta is changing this by helping people reverse their metabolic condition through innovations in technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care delivery reinvented from the ground up. We have raised over $350 million from top-tier investors, and partner with the largest health plans, employers, and government organizations to help their employees and members restore their health and take back their lives. Join us on our mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people.

This role sits on Virta’s Advanced Analytics & AI team and will focus on supporting the analytics that help Virta measure and communicate value to clients. You will contribute to client-facing performance reporting, ensuring outcomes are accurately calculated and clearly communicated across Commercial, Finance, Product teams, and external partners. This is a hands-on role centered on executing recurring measurement and reporting workflows and improving the systems that support Virta’s growing client base. As these systems mature, you will collaborate more closely with Client Product teams to streamline workflows, strengthen measurement frameworks, and gain exposure to product decision-making. If you enjoy working with data, bringing structure to ambiguity, and improving processes that support business outcomes, this role offers strong cross-functional exposure and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Virta’s Value Model: Develop a strong understanding of Virta’s performance measurement framework to continuously improve reporting quality and insights.

  • Empower Client Success: Maintain high-impact dashboards, metrics, and workflows to ensure our external partners receive accurate data.

  • Guarantee Accuracy: Calculate and validate performance outcomes used in internal and external value reporting.

  • Bridge data & Strategy: Partner with the Advanced Analytics & AI and Client Success teams to turn outcomes into clear, compelling stories.

  • Innovate with AI: Collaborate across teams to automate repeatable workflows, using AI to push the boundaries of efficiency and precision.
