The Business Analyst will gather and analyze business reporting requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and support dashboard development for better data visibility in a fully remote capacity.

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with strong experience in business intelligence and reporting tools to support a long-term, high-impact initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business reporting needs into actionable insights and work effectively in a fully remote environment.
This is a minimum 1-year commitment, with strong potential for extension and continued engagement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and interpret business reporting requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable reporting specifications
- Work closely with technical teams to support development of dashboards and reports
- Validate and ensure accuracy of reporting outputs across BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting needs and improve data visibility
- Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of reporting solutions
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of Business Analyst experience (mid-career level)
- Strong experience with Sisense, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proven ability to understand and interpret report requirements
- Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience working on data/reporting-heavy projects
- Familiarity with data validation and QA processes for reporting
- Prior experience in remote, distributed teams (especially East Coast-based teams)
