The Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical, AI-forward Business Analyst with strong project management capabilities to lead business process transformation and AI implementation initiatives across the organization. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, operations, data, AI, and product delivery—driving initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate has experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments and understands how to translate operational workflows into scalable, technology-enabled systems. You will partner with executives, business leaders, engineering, product, and operations teams to modernize processes, implement AI-driven solutions, and ensure successful adoption across departments.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and implement AI, automation, and process improvement opportunities across service, finance, operations, and customer workflows.
  • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design scalable, AI-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement technology that improves efficiency, reduces costs, and drives measurable business value.
  • Lead projects from discovery through implementation, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, testing, and successful deployment.
  • Coordinate with business leaders, engineering, finance, operations, and product teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate and deploy AI tools, workflow automation, and system enhancements.
  • Support integration with ERP and operational platforms while ensuring secure, scalable, and ethical AI adoption.
  • Develop training materials, lead user adoption, and drive continuous process optimization through data and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or project management.
  • Experience implementing business technology, AI, or automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, or similar AI and automation tools.
  • Experience with ERP, service management, or other enterprise business systems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
