Compensation:                $230,000 - $250,000 USD base per annum

Summary

This role is a unique chance to shape both positioning and product for a growing vertical at OneStream. You will work across sales, marketing, product and management to drive the direction of our platform for within the assigned vertical, as well as act like an evangelist for our banking vertical. Your experience as a leader in the banking industry with operational domain expertise, and OneStream implementation experience will drive revenue.
The role will report directly to the Director of Business Advisory at OneStream. This will be a hybrid role consisting of evangelizing OneStream in Banking, liaising between product development and the market, and working with sales on the vision of OneStream for specific customers.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) team, utilize the BTG value framework. Work with the overall BTG team.
  • Develops strategic market/product line business plans and programs to support sales in designated market segment.
  • Identifies volume and strategic customers.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities.
  • Develops strategic direction based on market information and conducts high-level presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and ROI of our financial software solutions at industry and OneStream events.
  • Attending sales meetings with sales team to understand customer requirements and translate those to the product team.
  • Drive industry specific solution requirements and translating market needs to product requirements.
  • Advise customers on finance transformation initiatives and how OneStream fits within their overall strategy.
  • Play a key role in influencing revenue by leveraging industry domain knowledge.
  • Build relationships with CFOs and other senior financial executives at key accounts within assigned vertical to influence future sales and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the adoption and utilization of our software among banking institutions.
  • Understand challenges faced by leaders in industry and influence decisions client retention.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team to improve product offerings and implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with partners, Global System Integrators, Customer Success to support company goals.

Required Education & Experience

  • BA in Finance or Accounting.
  • 15+ Years in Finance or Finance Transformation roles within assigned domain field.
  • Worked in finance function at a bank – FP&A, Treasury, Accounting / Controllership.
  • Experience and strong understanding of banking operations, financial regulations, and technology trends is a must.
  • Experience with communicating with the C-Suite.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Masters degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience as CPA.
  • Has been involved in implementing CPM / GL / FP&A software previously.
  • Experience implementing OS is a plus.
