This role will play a critical part in defining how our brand shows up — from naming and portfolio strategy to product experiences — ensuring clarity, cohesion, and differentiation at every touchpoint. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable brand systems that drive business growth while strengthening Credit Karma’s role within Intuit’s portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive naming strategy and execution for new products, features, and initiatives in close partnership with Product, Design, and Legal
  • Develop scalable messaging frameworks that connect enterprise-level strategy to product-level storytelling and customer experience
  • Partner closely with the Director of Design to translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and expressive principles across marketing and product
  • Collaborate with Product teams early in the development process to embed brand thinking into the product experience, including in-product messaging and feature narratives
  • Serve as a steward of the Credit Karma brand across marketing, product, and customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen how Credit Karma shows up within the broader Intuit portfolio, driving cohesion while preserving distinctiveness
  • Establish guardrails and frameworks that empower cross-functional teams to execute confidently while maintaining brand integrity
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Design, and Intuit leadership to align on brand direction and long-term portfolio strategy

What’s great about the role:

  • Work at a mission driven company and truly help people reach their financial goals, everything from getting out of debt to buying their first home
  • Opportunity for significant impact, as we have ambitions to become the leader in personal finance enabled by best-in-class marketing execution. We want your smartest ideas for how to raise the bar on brand differentiation, strategic integration and creative cohesion
  • Collaborate with marketing leads from across the company and work on some of our most important brand and product initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Brand Strategy, Brand Architecture or Strategic Planning roles, with experience shaping brand positioning at both the masterbrand and product level
  • Proven experience developing brand architecture frameworks, portfolio strategy, and naming systems within complex or multi-product organizations
  • Strong expertise in positioning and messaging development, with the ability to translate business strategy into clear, differentiated brand narratives
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Design leaders to embed brand thinking into product experiences — not just marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to steward a brand across multiple touchpoints and teams, balancing consistency with innovation
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams

What we’d like to see:

  • Experience working within a multi-brand or portfolio-based organization
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated categories
  • Experience leading brand work within a product-led or digital-first company
  • Familiarity with brand governance models and developing scalable brand systems.
  • Experience collaborating across enterprise portfolios or parent-brand ecosystems
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and influencing across matrixed organization

Benefits include:

  • Medical and Dental Coverage
  • Retirement Plan
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Wellness perks
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Baby Bonding, Cultural Observance, & More)
  • Education Perks
  • Paid Gift Week in December
