About Ace Metrix, an iSpot Company

Ace Metrix, an iSpot Company, measures the impact of video advertising across TV and digital. We provide the technology, tools and insights that enable advertisers, agencies, and publishers to identify how and why video creative works with viewers. We are a technology company that provides research insight versus a research company that dabbles in technology. This core difference allows us to deliver higher quality metrics with competitive context in near real-time – and do it more cost effectively.

About You

You are a people-person with work experience and transferable skills in working in a client-facing role. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers and internal cross-functional teams) to service client accounts.

Responsibilities:

You will work with a dedicated team on assigned client accounts on day-to-day maintenance and support.

  • Partner with the account team to professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Exhibit ability to manage high volume of incoming requests, communicate and prioritze independently as well as with the broader team to resolve conflicting priorities
  • Manage requests for creative pre-ingestion, tracking set up/taxonomy, data questions etc. with the Customer Support team, follow up and escalate to manager as needed
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
  • Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique and compelling insights for customers as needed
  • Exhibit a passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV advertising optimization and research
  • Proactively reach out to the account team to offer support when bandwidth allows
  • Utilize appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and accurately
  • Support data compilation and analysis for Client Presentations and collaborate with the Account Manager on data-driven story telling.
  • Demonstrate crticial thinking and time management ability in a fast paced environment.
  • Exhibit passion, curiosity and energy in supporting your internal Account Managers and the clients in making their iSpot experience positive and memorable
  • Demonstrate interest in advancing your career to owning your own portfolio of accounts in the future
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of market research, marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred Knowledge of market research principals preferred but not required

Target cash compensation range: $68,680 - 82,760 USD Annually

This role's variable compensation is based on quarterly targets and is paid quarterly at an 90/10 base/variable split. 

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy

iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency. 

Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
