Brand Program & Operations Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-workstream brand programs (e.g., brand creative, campaigns, guidelines, governance initiatives).
- Own timelines, workflows, resourcing, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
- Drive operational rigor through clear processes, tools, and documentation.
Brand Governance & Enablement
- Facilitate recurring co-branding sessions with legal and licensor.
- Provide guidance and approvals to cross-functional teams to ensure brand compliance and consistency.
- Co-lead brand training sessions and follow-up communications related to rollout of new guidelines and tools.
- Develop quarterly brand governance KPI reports.
Creative & Agency Operations
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Ensure high quality, on brand and on budget deliverables.
Digital Asset & Platform Management
- Partner with IT and MarTech teams on brand asset systems and workflows (e.g., DAM platforms, SaaS).
- Manage external partners in the buildout of new digital brand hub.
- Support asset migration, libraries, governance, and adoption across global teams.
- Ensure assets are discoverable, compliant, and aligned to current brand standards.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Communications, Legal, IT, Procurement, regional and international teams.
- Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and supplier invoicing related to brand initiatives.
- Track program health, risks, and performance, providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across brand operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 10+ years of experience in brand operations, brand program management, creative operations, or agency account leadership.
- Deep experience working with brand strategy, systems, guidelines, and governance models.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments.
- Strong understanding of creative development across visual, verbal, digital, motion, and experiential channels.
- Experience partnering with external agencies and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
- Background working across both in-house brand teams and top-tier brand agencies.
- Familiarity with DAM platforms, MarTech ecosystems, and creative workflow tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale brand transformations or migrations.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
