About the role
  • ReUp Education is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative marketing team. In this role, you'll help bring the ReUp brand to life across B2B and B2C channels and audiences, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for our learners, partners, and internal teams. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting marketing operations across brand, content, lifecycle, and campaign initiatives.

What you'll do
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines, monitor brand usage, and coordinate necessary asset updates to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Brand Strategy: Assist in gathering insights on target audiences, competitor positioning, and industry trends to shape messaging and campaigns.
  • Content Management: Update website content, schedule social media posts, and manage the content library, ensuring company-wide materials and assets are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on website and brand performance to evaluate impact and inform future strategy.
  • Campaign Support: Coordinate timely creation and execution of deliverables, including creating content and creative briefs, in support of brand and campaign initiatives that support business goals.
  • Brand Engagement: Contribute to internal and external brand-building efforts, including swag programs, celebrations, and appreciation campaigns for learners, partners, and internal team members.

  • ​​Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related support role
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and brand management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, social media management tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Sproutsocial) or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and project management platforms (e.g. Jira, Asana, Airtable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to track and report on project performance
  • Collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across departments

Location
This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX, with 2-3 in-office days per week.

The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year ( Hybrid (Austin, Texas, US) )
